

I grew up surrounded by food and although I studied fine art, the creative flair was always there and it has now collaborated with my love for cooking.
Over time I have developed a greater understanding of how what we eat affects the bigger picture as well as the importance of seasonality which is a great focus in the food that I create.

I began my food journey studying at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. This brought together my interest for eating well and really delving into the subject pot biomedicine. From this grew my passion of making delicious and nutritionally diverse meals.

After graduating I found myself cheffing in London before exploring the idea of retreat cheffing. I have worked on retreats nationally and internationally including Montenegro, Italy, Spain and South Africa.
I'm currently based in SE London, I'm still catering for retreats, however I'm also available for private and corporate events, all can be found listed on my 'services' tab.

I have a great love and passion for plant based eating, serving a diversity of flavours, colour and textures. I appreciate the importance of good quality produce and bring this to my menus. The flavour contrast of seasonal eating makes all the difference, never mind the unnecessary process for example, a strawberry would have to go through to get to a UK supermarket in January.
