I'm Rebe and I'm a plant based chef. 

I have grown up surrounded by food and although I studied fine art, the creative flair was always there and it has now collaborated with my love for cooking.

I have been vegan for many years which was for multiple reasons. Over time I have developed a greater understanding of how what we eat affects the bigger picture as well as the importance of seasonality which is now one of my main factors for this decision.

I began my food journey studying as a Vegan Chef at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. This brought together my interest for eating well and really delving into the biomedicine with making delicious and nutritionally diverse foods.

After graduating I found myself cheffing in London before exploring the idea of retreat cheffing. I have worked on retreats nationally and internationally including Montenegro, Spain and South Africa.

I'm currently based in SE London, I'm still catering for retreats, however I'm also available for private and corporate events, all can be found listed on my 'services' tab.

I have a great love and passion for plant based eating, serving a diversity of flavours, colour and textures. We can so easily fall into the grind of living off carrots and tomatoes and as delicious as they are, there is so much more out there. I appreciate the importance of good quality produce and bring this to my menus. The flavour contrast of seasonal eating makes all the difference, never mind the unnecessary process for example, a strawberry would have to go through to get to a UK supermarket in January.
